TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. TheBikeInsurer.co.uk Happy Hour is a limited free petrol giveaway initiative organised by The Bike Insurer Services Ltd. The initiative will hereby be referred to as The Promotion for the purpose of this document.
2. The Promotion is applicable to motorcycles only and does not include any other forms of vehicle.
3. The Promotion gives away fuel to the total value of £2000 (total promotional fund) and operates on a first come first served basis. This value is shared across any motorcycle rider taking part in the promotion.
4. The Promotion is limited to one motorcycle per person participating. An individual is only permitted to participate once with their corresponding motorcycle.
5. Fuel used in this promotion is BS EN220 petroleum at the current forecourt rate. No other form of fuel or petroleum is given away through The Promotion.
6. Free fuel can only be redeemed through the filling of a motorcycle tank on the above stated site. Free fuel cannot be redeemed through any other form of tank, container or fuel storage unit and cannot be taken away by any other means other than via a standard motorcycle fuel tank.
7. Only promotional staff are permitted to fuel participating motorcycles. Promotion is not redeemable to any bikes fuelled by someone other than promotional staff.
8. Promotion organisers reserve the right to refuse any individual.
